Per-Project Estimates:

STARTER SITE --- $50 - $65
Up to 3 pages with simple but effective design, mostly using customer pictures and graphics.

AVERAGE SITE --- $80 - $95
From 4 to 5 pages more developed design
some custom pictures and graphics.

SPECIALIZED SITE --- $250 - up Usually 10 or more pages with custom
pictures and graphics, on line forms, scrolling text and links.

Above prices are guidelines, contact us for a quote on your needs, especially personal and non-profit pages.
Per hour rate for additional items added to above estimates is $10
If you need to register a new domain name we may be able to provide free web hosting and e-mail for your company or site.
Yearly site maintenance fee of $10 a month, includes one set of changes per month or you can pay per change at the hour rate.

Necessary Information for Creating a Great Site
Reach around the world	Assist in the design of your web site by writing a short statement and describe the benefits your business, product, or service provides to others. A list of words that you think people may think of when looking for your site will assist us in promoting you. For a Home Page give us an idea of a theme you may like.
A web page targeted to the people you want to reach is the quickest way for people to learn about you. Your site works for you all day and all night 52 weeks a year.
The cost of a Web Site does not necessarily reflect its effectiveness.

Payment Schedule (Effective 6-1-02, Subject to change without notice)

After we determine together the details of what design, creation, and pages are required for the web site, a firm price will be set. Payment will be one-third of the total price to begin, then a draft will be submitted to you in a few days or weeks depending on site requirements. After your approval a second payment of one-third is due. The final site will then be completed and published on the Internet. The final one-third payment will then be due. After the final payment is received On Target Sites will then register your site with many search engines targeted to the people you want to reach.
Changes:
If you want to make changes to your web site as work progresses we will work out details and charges to fit your needs. Our per-hour rate is $10.
Reference Information:
We expect our "Starter" web site to take about 10 to 20 hours to complete. This includes planning, layouts, text, scans, graphics, programming, final details, and search engine registration.
